Cindy invited me into her space and dispelled any fears I had about colonics. It’s incredibly reassuring to know that she is a guidepost along your journey to health, I would highly recommend Cindy to anyone seriously interested in pursuing a healthy lifestyle change. I truly appreciate the personal, intuitive, thoughtful care; the interaction and feedback that only a real person can provide, which is so rare in our detached society. Wish I’d known about Cindy and her Private Wellness Club years ago. Say the word colonics and many strange reactions occur. Don’t say the word in a crowd or around loved ones, you’ll get smirks, stares, poop jokes, and why would you want to do that! Most of us looking for alternative, natural, ways to stay or become healthy will eventually try anything to get relief and results. Colon cleansing with Cindy is well worth your time. Cindy is knowledgeable, comforting and make it so easy!

Cindy is compassionate, real, down to earth, extremely knowledgeable and humble. She truly believes in what she does and she believes in the potential of each person and their body to heal, regenerate and thrive. She is such a giver and a gracious receiver, teacher and friend. I have seen Cindy a handful of times, but I can say that even after the first session, Cindy felt like a friend. Her skill coupled with her beautiful personality makes for a relaxing, educational, and healing experience. I couldn’t recommend her more. I was hesitant at getting a colonic in the beginning, but after seeing Cindy, that feeling faded right away. Along with the benefits from colon hydrotherapy, I feel blessed to have crossed paths with Cindy.

I wanted to try this for so long but never did because I thought it would be too embarrassing or traumatic. But it’s not even like that! This is essential for removing the toxins. Cindy is amazingly knowledgeable and made the whole experience quite nice.

I am new to colonics. I was introduced to them through my son and daughter-in-law when visiting them in NYC. So I was thrilled when I found a place right here in the Bay Area that did gravity colonics. Not only is Cindy great at explaining what is going on with colon health, she also provides other nutritional help and suggestions. I love this place. I will be back, and hope to someday get my husband to give this a try.

Not only did I learn SO much about my body, whole foods, but my spirit seems to be heightened by my interaction with Cindy. Her life coaching skills are probably what makes her so amazing, second only to her uncanny ability to speak to the colon. In 5 short sessions, my colon appears to be “working” again, and it’s nothing short of a miracle. I’ve had issues my entire life. Oh yeah, I will be back, with friends and family in tow. Colon hygiene is essential to one’s health – recovering it, keeping it, improving it. And, gravity colonics are the way to go. Finding a therapist that provides both technical skill & bedside manner…very rare. Cindy is a phenomenal person and exceptional therapist. She radiates healing energy that is apparent from the first time you meet her. Table talk with Cindy is just as therapeutic as the colonic, in fact, I think they work hand in hand. I simply need more stars to rate how wonderful!

I can highly recommend Gravity. A comfortable setting, relaxed and well thought through for myself as a club member. I felt safe and taken care of, got helpful hints and information as well. Colonics need to be introduced very gently and comfortably and Cindy made my first experience an excellent one! Although I went in with a clear understanding of what I was in for, I was uncertain about the process. However, I was guided with extreme confidence and patience. I left feeling terrific and had a better understanding of what was going on inside my body. I highly recommend Cindy and her technique. Yeah!

I will attest to the reviews thus far and just say that Cindy is a Bay Area Blessing. She is a natural healer, has great presence and instincts and she listens to all the stories, all the signs to understand what is going on with each individual. Whatever the body needs, she is all about wellness and health. I immediately saw changes in my skin condition and experienced more energy after 2 visits. I am going back for more! I have been going to Cindy for the last 5 months now and the changes that I ‘ve seen to my body and spirit are incredible. Cindy is a wonderful soul that posseses the ability to make anyone feel comfortable. I was at first extremely skeptic about this procedure until I met Cindy. She made me feel at ease right away. Her energy is great and her knowledge so broad. She helped me see connections between my body, mind and spirit I had for so long failed to recognize. She is an angel!!!

I don’t think I could have had a better experience. I was nervous and unsure of what to expect since it was my first colonic, but Cindy made me feel completely comfortable. It was my first time having a colonic and I was very nervous. Cindy made me feel very comfortable – she is so easy going and knowledgeable. She is the only one in the bay area who does the gravity colonic, which is supposed to be much gentler than the other method. Afterward, I felt so healthy, relaxed and certainly lighter. It was a really great experience. and I plan to continue seeing her.

I can’t say enough about this amazing women. If you are reluctant to get a colonic Cindy will make you feel comfortable right away. She will teach you to heal your body with her great advice. Cindy goes out of her way to acomodate her clients in a beautiful setting with a heated crystal pad that relaxes you immediately. She is not only extremely attentive and gentle but also a thought-provoking teacher. Her healing energy and warm support stay with me long after the colonic is over. If you have ever wanted to try colon hygiene but were apprehensive due to price, you don’t need to hesitate any longer. Affordable Health Solutions has a nice home, comfy set up that allows you to treat your body on the inside just like most do on the outside with monthly beauty regimes and such. Cindy is the best, the water is nice and warm, you get to relax on a heated table covered by a toasty blanket and chat while being treated. She does an excellent job of making you feel pampered.
